Clients
Most of our work sits under NDA, embargo or someone else’s brand guidelines — and a wall of screenshots proves nothing anyway. So this page shows the companies that hired us, how long they have stayed, and what they say when you ask them directly.
The roster
Filter by sector. The year is when the relationship started, not the last time we invoiced. Every name links through to the client’s own site. 16 shown.

Longest-running
Each of these started as a single project and grew into a multi-discipline retainer. The scope below is the current one, not the original.
A sales gallery site for three towers, the launch film for each release, and the brand kit their in-house marketing team now runs without us.
Marketing site, iOS and Android apps, and a content programme carried through two funding rounds and one full rebrand.
Seasonal campaign films across six properties, the print and signage system, and the always-on social calendar for each property.
In their words
We will put you in touch with any of them before you sign anything. That is the offer a portfolio cannot make.
We’d used four suppliers for what IDEASfolio does with one team. The launch film, the site and the sales deck finally look like the same company — and the handover pack meant our in-house designer could take it from there.
They talk about deadlines like engineers and about craft like a design studio. In three years of retained work they’ve missed one date, and they told us a week before it slipped.
The AI video work saved us a second shoot day and nobody has asked which shots were generated. What sold us was that they told us where it wouldn’t work — the hero shot is still real.
Spanish wasn’t an afterthought bolted on two weeks before launch. It was in the first wireframe, and the accessibility work is the reason we passed our state audit without a single finding.
Working together
Most start with a project and move to a retainer once the system exists and the maintenance becomes the real work.
A defined outcome with a fixed price and a fixed date — a website, an identity, a launch film. Scope is written before anything starts and priced in the open.
A monthly block of studio hours across any of the five disciplines. Unused hours roll one month. Ninety days’ notice either way, no lock-in beyond that.
Two weeks, the whole studio, one problem. Used for launches, rebrands under pressure, and pitches where the deadline is the constraint.
